Snipy (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a smart links, QR codes, and bio pages platform owned and operated by DevFlow FZE in the United Arab Emirates.


1. Free Trial

Snipy offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you can fully test the platform without being charged.

You may cancel at any time during the free trial and you will not be billed.


2. No Refunds on Paid Subscriptions

All subscription payments made after the 14-day trial period are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • Upgrades or plan changes
  • Unused time on a subscription

Once your free trial ends and your payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.


3. Billing Responsibility

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.

4. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment is reversed, refunded by a bank, or reported as fraudulent, access to your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving billing errors caused directly by Snipy, DevFlow FZE may review the issue manually. This does not guarantee a refund and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
