3. Eligibility

4. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You must not share your password or allow unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Snipy for:
- Spam, phishing, malware, viruses, or fraudulent activities
- Hosting or redirecting to illegal content
- Redirecting to adult content without permission
- Promoting violence, hate speech, or harassment
- Circumventing security systems or tracking protections
- Selling or sharing user data without consent
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide 24/7 availability; however, Snipy may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance and updates
- Network or server issues
- Force majeure events
DevFlow FZE is not liable for downtime or any resulting loss.
7. Links, QR Codes, and Bio Pages
You are fully responsible for the content of the destination URL of your links, QR codes, and bio pages. We do not control or endorse any external content you link to.
We may disable links that violate our policies, laws, or security standards.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
- All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
- We may change pricing with advance notice.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal).
9. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, code, design elements, text, graphics, and platform features are the intellectual property of DevFlow FZE. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute any part of Snipy without written permission.
11. API Usage
- Your API key must remain private.
- Rate limits must be respected.
- We may suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage.
12. Limitation of Liability
Snipy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevFlow FZE assumes no liability for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Service interruptions
- Third-party actions
- Unauthorized account access
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in malicious activity. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
