Snipy vs Segment
No data pipeline to wire — the Signal Engine attributes your funnel out of the box.
How this maps to the OS
Distribute
Branded short links and targeting without a separate stack.
Sell
Add bio + PPV when the link is ready to convert.
Understand
Per-link Signal into Snipy Intelligence — not a CDP project.
Segment is a powerful customer-data platform — and a project. You instrument events, wire destinations, model identities, and pay per source before you see a single insight. Creators just want to know which scan, click, page, or campaign earned. The Snipy Signal Engine ships built-in attribution: events across every surface, faceted filters, revenue attributed as-recorded (last-touch) with a resource graph, and AI summaries — no engineering required.

FAQ
Do I need to instrument events to use the Signal Engine?
No. Every Snipy surface emits events automatically — links, QR, pages, shop, vault, pass, and forms — with no setup.
What attribution models does Snipy support?
Snipy attributes revenue as recorded at purchase (last-touch by default) and breaks it down by campaign, channel, domain, and a resource graph. First-touch and assisted models are on the roadmap.
Does Snipy charge Stripe fees?
Snipy platform fees are separate from Stripe processing (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). You connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect.
Can I migrate without losing my links?
Yes. Import from Linktree or Bitly in one click. Your bio, links, and structure carry over to snipy.bio and snipy.to. (Beaconstac QR codes are recreated, not imported.)
What plans does Snipy offer?
Free, Creator ($9/mo), Pro ($19/mo), and Max ($49/mo) are self-serve — platform fees drop from 9% to 2% as you move up. Teams ($29/seat, contact sales) adds shared workspaces and seats for agencies and brands.
